BEING A COACH WAS NOT SIMPLE EASY AND SIMPLE, WHY?

My vlog is about coaching. Being a coach was not easy why? Because you need to have time management courage, patience, encouragement, focus, and goals. Then after you achieve these things they need to respond to you which means that you are an effective coach for them.

First, courage to deal with the personality of every person that you face. You are dealing with others that's why you need to adjust by knowing them one by one to distinguish their strengths and weaknesses. This will lead to massive changes in how they will connect directly to you.

Second, Patience doesn't have enough of this value, it provides us with these values to give to others, some of us have short tempers when it comes to teaching. Having this virtue can comprise and easily command them to follow and obey your rules with no hassle.

Third, Encouragement is the value that helps me to change the mindset of every child that I train in volleyball some of them lack self-esteem which causes the bad habit to stop them from excelling in this field.

Then, Focus is the thing that is hard to understand if you are talking to a child their mindset was always focusing on playing not learning a skill. That's why we hear as coaches lead them to a successful way to achieve their dream.

And lastly, the goal of being a coach is to have goals for our apprentices to succeed in their way of being more productive, flexible, and creative. This helps them to be who want to be in the future. As a guild, we are happy with what they can achieve in their life seeing them successful was overwhelming. My Experience as a COACH My experience being a coach was a great experience. Not all of us are given a chance to teach other people with these talents. One of the great experiences was I train a grassroots player who don't know how to play beach volleyball then we have a competition in negros occidental province or what we call intercity. The category was 16 under and 21 under girls, it was held last November 25-26,2022 then I'm holding the team Talisay. As a coach in this competition, I had many mixed emotions was created such as anger, tiredness, happiness, aggression, and others. You cannot avoid them because you are faced with these events. That's also why I believe that my players can win in this competition because they are different moves and mindsets to defeat another team in playing with this I feel comfortable that they can win. To cut the long story short, they did win the title of the first grassroots tournaments and as a coach, I am very proud of them. Experiencing this was a great achievement for me. Ask a coach what process you did to achieve these values.
What suggestions can you share with another coach to improve and upgrade their coaching skills? What is your biggest achievement being a coach?
